Ascending the grand staircase, one enters the sanctum of the design—an expansive double volume circular entrance that serves as the heartbeat of architectural poetry. Here, the reception and waiting area, adorned with supporting offices, herald the commencement of an odyssey into enlightenment.

This central mandala unfurls its wings—two colossal feathers in the south and one in the east, each a trove of wisdom spanning three tiers. In the east, a mosaic of staff offices, a haven of nourishment, and sanctuaries of ablution grace the ground floor, ascending into the higher echelons where offices, computer sanctuaries, and the sanctum of knowledge await. In the southern breeze, support offices and chambers of erudition harmonize, while ablutions cascade like echoes through the annals of each level.

Within this symphony, amidst the soaring notes of academia, technical workshops stand as temples of innovation.
